Can I get a head spa if I have extensions or color-treated hair?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Japanese Head Spa services are safe for both color-treated hair and extensions when properly timed.

For color-treated hair:
We recommend scheduling your head spa at least 48 hours after a color service or 24 hours before your next color appointment to help protect your color and scalp balance.

For hair extensions:
For the deepest cleanse and most relaxing experience, we recommend booking your head spa in between extension installs whenever possible.
